Precision Machining

It’s all in the Details

Our machining staff has an in-depth knowledge of machinery equipment and technique, honed from over 20 years experience. Over that time we’ve developed a keen awareness that what we do can make or break your business. We infuse our respect for you and your business in everything we do.

We’re a small operation that focus on the details. We don’t do everything, but what we specialise in we do better than anyone.

Refurbishment and new components are the heart of our business. We take your employees’ safety seriously and keeping your daily operations running smoothly is why we’re in business. When you need a part fixed, designed or manufactured, we do everything possible to ensure it’s done right the first time to get you up and running as safely and costly as possible, no matter what it takes.

our machining services

Our precision machining services include:

  • Turning
  • Milling
  • Drilling
  • Fabrication

Types of turning include:

  • Straight turning
  • Tapered

Drilling means we cut or enlarge a small hole into a solid material using a radial drill, to a maximum capacity of 110mm.

pneumatic and hydraulic repairs and servicing

Our internal service section has a fully equipped workshop, including clean room facilities that are more than capable of providing our clients with all forms of repairs, as well as the manufacturing of cylinders.

General test report will be given with every job done.

powder coating and abrasive blasting

The powder coating process uses a solvent free dry mix of plastic resins, pigments and fillers that melt and fuse together when heated. The solid particles of coating are electrostatics charged in a spray gun and carried by low velocity air to the surface of the piece to be coated. The electrostatic charge holds the powder particles in place while the part is cured in an oven. The heat of the oven causes a chemical reaction to occur and the powder to cure, creating a highly durable finish.   IS IT ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY? Powder coating is an environmentally friendly process unlike solvent based wet paint systems. With EPA regulations growing ever stricter, powder coating is fast becoming the technology of choice. Since the powder coating process does not use solvents in any way, VOC emission problems are eliminated.   DURABILITY Powder Coatings resist cracking and peeling and are extremely abrasion corrosion and chemical resistant, but is not a rust inhibitor. The performance characteristics of powder coating match or exceed the characteristics achieved from conventional solvent based coatings.   COLOURS Powder coatings are available in a large variety of stock colours, metallics, textures and special effects.
